Produced by the fabulous folks at Sutra International, this Vegas-styled 50th birthday party was celebrated at the guest of honor’s favorite restaurant, La Sirena in West Palm Beach, FL. TentLogix provided the two clear tents that protected the 80+ guests from the rainy night. The front tent was greened to mimic an Italian countryside with matching decor transforming the interior of the restaurant as well.
The after party was held behind the restaurant in the 40′x30′ clear tent, draped in black fabric and adorned in mirror-garland by Sutra International. TentLogix provided the platinum and crystal chandelier and illuminated acrylic furniture pictured below. Local lighting designer Rays of Light worked with Sutra to create this Vegas-inspired environment. (Pictures provided by Rays of Light)

Overlooking the beautiful Indian River within Martin County’s Indian Riverside Park, The Mansion at Tuckahoe was the ideal historic location for this lovely wedding reception.
Cindy Morley, Professional Bridal Consultant with Eventful Moments, said “I had the opportunity to work with this bride from the very beginning as her FULL SERVICE wedding coordinator. While she was traveling with her family business all along the East Coast for weeks at a time, I was here to keep her on task and in contact with her carefully selected vendors that would meet her needs, wants and expectations.”
The clients chose a Clear 40′ x 60′ tent accented with stunning Crystal chandeliers to shelter their 120 guests in elegance.
The color scheme of blues and silvers coordinated perfectly with the waterfront location. Florals were provided by Giordano’s Floral Creations.
TentLogix also provided the Silver Glass Beaded Chargers along with all of the glassware, flatware, china, tables and patio heaters. Catering was provided by Di’Michelli’s Catering.
“It was a great day filled with precious captured memories as family and friends celebrated into the night under the stars in the clear tent,” said Morley, a 25 year wedding industry veteran. “It was my pleasure to have been able to assist them with their wedding vision and wish them both much love and happiness as they had on the day they said “I DO” for many years to come….”
The bride and groom ended the evening with a cordial bar, desserts, and music for all to enjoy.

They found the perfect place for their Destination Wedding – an upscale, beachfront resort in Naples, FL. It had everything to offer them and their guests – the elegant rooms, the spa, the beach, the golfing, and beautiful ballrooms for the reception. There was only one thing missing – where were they going to hold the actual ceremony??
TentLogix came to the rescue with the perfect solution!
With many tenting products to choose from, the most attractive option for this ceremony came from our state-of-the-art Losberger line of engineered structures. The 25M x 20M first-class tent structure was just the right space solution for this 275 guest event.
The interior was designed with billowing classic white ceiling and wall liners, elegant crystal and platinum chandeliers, and our custom Mahogany wood flooring.

The tent was completely installed on site within a couple of days and quickly and efficiently removed afterwards!

We were “On The Road Again” this month up to Maryland, this time with three semi-trailers full of equipment!
Our 20M x 35M (66′x115′) Clear tent with air-conditioning was the perfect lakeside venue for this flawlessly executed wedding reception attended by over 250 people.
Within just a couple of days, our crews had quickly installed the entire venue, including the clear tent with 8 stunning crystal chandeliers, french doors, sidewall, and air-conditioning all atop the 40″ High elevated flooring system complete with carpet. Our crews covered the tent top with a dark cloth cover and removed it just prior to the event - helping to keep the temperature down, the flowers from wilting, and keeping the set-up staff cool!
The patio lounge, set atop our Frosted Acrylic floor, included our LaBlanca Collection of curved couches, benches and table, and our in-house manufactured Acrylix Collection high top tables.
Inside the tent, everything pulled together beautifully with our White Lotus linens on round and kings tables, Gold Chiavari Chairs, Gold-Beaded chargers, Gold Baroque flatware, and our brand new Bella Gold Rim glassware!

TentLogix was honored to provide the tented venue for the August 2011 Atlanta NACE educational event hosted by CCP events. The theme “Behind the Scenes: The Creation of a NACE event” was designed to educate members on the “inside track” of how NACE events and programs come together.
For this event TentLogix provided a 50′ x 82′ Clear Span Structure with 13′ high glass walls and hard walls, custom red silk liner, glass doors, carpeted flooring, HVAC, and crystal chandeliers.
TentLogix also provide frosted acrylic LED staging and white leather furnishings from the Alta Collection for the panel of event experts, which included our very own co-owner, Nate Albers. Nate, a 15 year tenting & event rental veteran and the driving force behind our cutting-edge tenting innovations, was honored by his invitation to participate on the panel and share his own “behind the scenes” insight and expertise.
TentLogix also provided Kings Tables from the Acrylix Collection, Ghost chairs, our modular Gala Bar, and a number of other high-end event furnishings for this event.
